You know, now that Suzaku has handed the video evidence over to Tokisada, they could simply bring that evidence over to ANNIN, get them involved to arrest Kido and the others involved with his scheme, and that would be the end of it.

Not sure what Ittoki thinks he’ll accomplish by heading to Kouga HQ in person for this “peace negotiation” of his (we all know he’s just going to be met with violent resistance). He already has everything he needs to end this conflict and bring the culprit behind everything to justice without making such an unnecessarily risky move.

Sir that would not be the end of it. The ANNIN or the NSC is basically the UNITED NATIONs by name. its is only for formalities. Hell North Korea and Russia are basically considered members of UN. It doesnt exactly stop them. They can get hit with penalties and sanctions but thats basically it.

In Ittoki's case the NSC could threaten future financial penalties on Koga but the NSC would not invade the Koga village. They after all are peace keepers. Which Itokki's plan would mostly satisfy the NSC.

Koga are financially well off and have the advanced mechs. Basically if the US was an aggressor it would be Koga. Everyone knows their military budget and advanced military tech would wipe anyone that tried to fight them.

The thing is even if he gave the evidence, Koga will find ways out. Or even if he is put to jail, he might escape. I mean such villains will sit still only if they die. So thats what ittoki's "peace negotiation" is gonna be.

Killing Kido is 100% not what Ittoki has in mind though. He seriously means what he’s saying, and that’s the most concerning part. You know the kid doesn’t have it in him to kill anyone, but let’s see how this plays out I guess.

Also, Kouzuki was right. If ANNIN cannot moderate peace and prosecute the criminal, what's the point of its existence? ANNIN as a whole is more useless than Ittoki at this point since it couldn't accomplish anything.
